Well done on the loss

My local class ended in May as the leader moved away and I tried to keep going on my own by just using the website......it didnt work

I lost a total of 8 pounds in around 2 months which I didnt think was too bad, but I find it really hard trying to continue it on my own.

My weight yoyos a lot, I lost 5 pounds in my first week with WW then put it back on over a few other weeks
